• 1 Start Corporate Sponsor – $5,000.00
  As a title sponsor, in addition to an exhibit table the Foundation would invite you to exhibit/present at 2 events during the academic year ( either 1 Journal Club & 1 lab, 2 in-services, or 2 labs). Note that the lab fee only includes the facility, PPE, and basic instruments.
• Active Duty Attendee – $50.00
• Civilian Attendee – $100.00
• Exhibit Table – $2,500.00
  Registration includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, meals for 2 attendees.
  
  Our exhibitors and sponsors will be co-located with attendees during the event in order to maximize collaboration and cohesion.
• Foundation Reception Sponsor – $5,000.00
  As the Foundation Reception Sponsor you will be the host for the dinner and Alumni Reunion following the symposium. Your logo will be included in event emails and you will have a table with 2 chairs during the symposium.
• Industry Lunch Presentation – $5,000.00
  Please consider sponsoring the lunch presentation. You will have 45 minutes at the podium while attendees have lunch. This would be an excellent opportunity to bring in a speaker to highlight new topics/techniques/products that would enhance resident education and patient care. AV support is provided by the Foundation. You would be listed as a 1-Star Corporate Sponsor and would also be invited to have a display table during the symposium.
